Policy Issuance & Delivery
For "General Takaful", policies can be purchased at any SALAMA Branch, through
SALAMA designated brokers and business partners. For these purchases, the policy
will be issued and delivery will be made directly to the Client. Policies can
also be purchased online through the SALAMA website. Delivery for policies
purchased online will be through (a) Courier, (b) Hand Delivery (c) pick-up from
any SALAMA Branch Office.
